Peter Halsall being awarded the Gold Medal Award at the 2021 Ontario Professional Engineers Awards

Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO – the regulatory body for Ontario’s engineering community) and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE – the advocacy body for Ontario’s engineers) last orchestrated an in-person Ontario Professional Engineers Awards (OPEA – an annual celebration of engineering excellence in Ontario since 1947) in November 2019.   The OPEA 2021 is a livestreamed event on Friday, November 26, 2021 with a viewing party (limited in numbers) at the Eglinton Grand (400 Eglinton Ave. W Toronto).  A quick promo for this viewing party is shown in this link. 
 
This year’s OPEA has Peter Halsall (a Life Achievement award winner from the Ontario Building Envelop Council) being recognized by his peers for winning the Professional Engineers Gold Medal Award which recognizes conscientious commitment to public service, technical excellence and professional leadership.  There are partnership packages available to help celebrate Peter’s award, engineering excellence while also giving your organization exposure to leaders from Ontario’s business, engineering, academia and government communities:
